I placed an order on swiggy. Later when I accidentally clicked on cancel, my order got cancelled with total amount of cancellation charges. Without confirmation I’m charged cancellation fee. This is unacceptable. Please refund my amount.

ORDER #[protected]. When I emailed to support, they are not even reading my email properly and denied concession.
My issue is regarding cancellation charges. As you can see in the screenshot I attached, there was no confirmation of cancellation charges before cancelling the order and also the it was accidental cancellation. With one tap my order got cancelled and whole money is charged as cancellation fee. So please look into this and refund my amount.
