Swiggy order no. #[protected]
I have place order at 13th Aug 2022, 8:13 pm. The restaurant has confirmed my order and was preparing it. I sensed a delay and started following the order status with swiggy executive. I have been waiting for more than 1 hr and I receive a call saying that one of my item is out of stock and asking my consent to cancel the order. Even after repeatedly asking why I wasn't notified before, I didn't get any proper response. If they have cancelled the order by 8:15, I would have ordered the food through other source. I am left with no food and the order was cancelled at[protected], 21:40. There was no remorse or owning the mistake from the SWIGGY executives. Was this information helpful? |
