So, yesterday I ordered a Birthday cake from Consent Cakes(Munirka) on date[protected] from SWIGGY. I entered the correct address (JANAKPURI). However, their customer care and delivery partner told me that I typed my residential address for delivery and went to Chhattarpur (My residential address) and not to the correct address which should be (Janakpuri). I even have the proof of everything in screenshots with me. But they are denying. Later on, I received a call that my order is getting cancelled and the charges are levied on me.
It is their app issue. If it is showing the correct address to the Customer, then how could they levy the charges for your mistake onto the customer.
Their customer representative is not ready to agree for their mistake and is teaching me to input the correct information which I already did.
I need my 389 RUPEES to get refunded.
