Swiggy — Charge premium on food and delayed order beyond acceptable

I order some food from a nearby shop which showed time as 36 mins
45 mins and the order wasn’t even picked up
They r giving mix answers and the delivery boy and executive r not at all supportive

I will like to file a complaint to refund my money they charge fast delivery in name of membership
