I ordered Muesli yesterday (Box on the right), I didn’t check the expiry and ate a portion of it. Later when I realised that it’s a expired item I contacted Swiggy customer care and they were kind enough to refund the money but had nothing to say other than a sorry if something had happened in to me post eating a expired product..
Today when I did another order, I got same expired product (Box on the left) and this time around the customer service is showing tantrums and asking me to wait for 6 hours even when I gave them the proofs .
What will they do in these 6 hours.. They said they will pass on the feedback to the vendor but left me unattended.
The entire chat with them is revolving around the same question.
Atlast they said they can’t do anything for me and I have to pay for the expired product
