Swiggy — Cheated on food quantity and not reimbursing

Restaurant: Pista House, Uppal

Swiggy #[protected] ordered on 7th Nov'22 which contains Chicken & Mutton Biryani with quantity of 700 grams each. But got the pack of Mutton Biryani with 300grams where Chicken Biryani delivered as expected 700 grams.

When I dropped a mail to Swiggy customer care, they were replied it didn't meet with their policies for reimbursement and they don't even checked with restaurant on the case and advised me to report against restaurant.to FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).

Hence the platform provided by Swiggy and assured on food delivery, it should be the responsibility of Swiggy not the restaurant.

Here, I would like to lodge a complaint on Swiggy for their irresponsibility.
