Swiggy, by placing the order they are accepting the payment and then they are not at all delivering the order, after requesting with customer support they are throwing some type of expired or spoiled food at customer's face and then customer support is saying will not give any refund or replace the order even after sharing the photos and explaining about the issue also, moreover their delivery partners also very rude as same as their customer care and management people, don't know how such big company doing this type of fradulant scheme and earning money like this [protected] Was this information helpful? |
use Swiggy again. He was extremely rude. This has never happened before in five years I have used Swiggy. It is not up to the driver if we use Swiggy again or not. That is our decision. We can try to pin the location more carefully next time. There is a way of talking to a customer. This was not the proper way. If there was a location problem he can tell us politely and advise how to fix it. Also, I had clearly typed in directions into Swiggy, so even if location was pinned wrong, the directions were very clear and easy to follow. This was the first time we had a bad experience like this with Swiggy. It is very likely the driver is doing this with other people too. Please ensure that this never happens again.
