I ordered a coffee from Starbucks through swiggy. As soon as I opened the lid of the container, I could see ants that were dead floating on my coffee. I immediately clicked the pictures as a proof and raised the issue for a compensation. I was literally kicked from one executive to another including a few senior ones. I have submitted all the proof and still the company is unethical where they give such services and never provide a resolution.

I'm literally going to file a case against swiggy for the harassment I am going through right now because of the ridiculous behavior of the executives. I want my full refund as this coffee has literally dead ants floating on it. No one responds and just deny the compensation whenever they want without even knowing what the issue is.

I have been begging for my money since hours though the executives are extremely harsh and they do not even hear the issue. Have been insulted again and again. I'm literally going to file a case against swiggy for this kind of treatment. Literally dead ants over my coffee and my money is not given me back, and I'm harassed like anything. This is going to be serious as I'm a lawyer myself and I'm going to drag swiggy to the court soon if this is not resolved with my refund immediately.
