I've ordered food on 31st Aug from Moolchands Pure Veg restaurant at about 5:30pm.
After waiting for 1 hr for the delivery to be done your delivery partner called me and said he is unable to reach my location as he was standing at some another location.
As I reported on swiggy that delivery partner is moving in wrong direction I got call from swiggy support to guide the delivery partner.
I was trying to guide him but he didn't get any clue. So after 10 min of discussion I asked swiggy support to cancel my order and refund my money and he assured me to refund (₹152) in my account from which I've paid.
Now, It's been 2 days I didn't get any refund.
Why should I be charged for the food I've never received and it got cancelled due to your delivery partner.
Please consider my request and initiate my refund asap. Was this information helpful? |
