This is regarding Swiggy order on Instamart ORDER# [protected].
I want to lodge a complaint about your delivery partner for this order who misbehaved with me and my Society staff when came for delivery.
He wrongly quoted to me over the phone that he can't deliver because he got injured.
At the same time, my society staff complained to me that this swiggy delivery boy is talking absurdly and misbehaving. He used inappropriate words which cant be tolerated.
In discussion with your chat executive, he refunded the money, but showed his inability to take any action.
This issue is beyond money, but a multitude of factors showing personal, cultural and religious values and ideals.
If swiggy is also unable to take any action, then I am willing to withdraw my membership. I will be more than happy to opt for other options like Zomato or Zepto.
We are bound with our values and anybody breaching its decorum is not tolerated. My society has captured this person's photo and they are going to bar him for all future deliveries in the society.
