Disappointed with Order#[protected]
As per subject matter, it was duly noted from your team that Restaurant Partner didn't had the Order/Food Item Available in the cart And on the Location base which was taken into charge...further Post having money debited from my prepaid food card, And almost making me wait for 1 hour, a call came from your Swiggy executive cell, asking that Said restaurant vendor is Not having food item Available... Not only that, none of the food item was Available as replacement from nearby vendor...And since it was a birthday present, I had again reordered from other vendor.
For Refund, your team insisted for going for a coupon code which I denied earlier but due to constant pressure from your team, I had to go for it...but Post checking the availability, it came to conclusion that 1007 voucher availability was subject to use only in tendem to some other purchase And I have to spend some minimum of 300+again from my pocket to make use it!!! phew.
None of you Post raising my concern listened And instead they Said we can't even change the coupon to refund back to base card as invoice has been made of?
Seriously, I never got order? Payment got deducted? Food service charges got deducted? You guys paid for GST also for Said Invoice? And then Coupon code was also digested somewhere in your system??
Further, I can see from screenshot shared in mail, you guys even gave some people /delivery boys a rate as well? Was this information helpful? |
