Hi My name is sabeena & I have placed an order on swiggy on[protected] french fries and masala puri) and the total cost is Rs.317/- from perambur Sri srinivasa sweets pure veg restaurant new Tiruchanoor Road, tirupati, . I have mentioned the address correctly but the swiggy executive called and asked the address, my sister told that it is near renigunta road and then he called that he is in my location. when i told him to come to the exact address he was telling me that whatever the address i saved in the swiggy app was only for reference and executives will call to confirm the location . I never heard this type of illogical answer from swiggy as i have been using Swiggy from 2 years im madanapalli and first time i ordered in tirupati which was disgusting he told that i have to speak with swiggy management and closed the call.
I never has such bad experience from swiggy but this is the first time im complaining to swiggy as i have not received y refund.
Even i work for customer service where customer service executives will extra mile to serve the customers but i dont see the same with ur executive. Instead of helping me he directed me that swiggy management will talk with me. Is this the way customers are treated.
"Im surprised when he told me that he wont check the address which i have provided in the app rather he would call to confirm the location. If that is the case the what is the point in updating the address in the swiggy app.
I request you to refund my amount of Rs. 371/- without any deductions as im disappointed with swiggy with this horrible service and if the executive is aware of the location then only you should allow him to deliver at that customer location.
