However, despite this confirmation, the order was inexplicably cancelled by Swiggy at 1:33 AM, leaving me without food options at a late hour. Despite my attempts to seek assistance through customer support, there was a significant delay in response, and my request to escalate the issue to higher authorities was ignored. Consequently, I was left hungry and stranded, unable to order from any other restaurants as they were closed. This lack of accountability and failure to provide timely resolution has caused unnecessary distress and inconvenience. I seek appropriate action to address this matter and ensure that such incidents are prevented in the future.
