Swiggy — complaint regarding undelivered order and unresponsive delivery rider

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent order placed on [08/12/2024] at 12:07 AM (Order ID: [[protected]]). Despite waiting for more than an hour and a half, my order has still not been delivered as of 1:57 AM.

Adding to my frustration, I have attempted to contact the assigned delivery rider multiple times, but my calls have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and delayed service is unacceptable, especially during late hours when timely delivery is crucial.

I request you to urgently look into this matter, provide an update on my order status, and take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again. Additionally, I would appreciate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
