Swiggy — Completely wrong order

My registered email- [protected]@gmail.com
I ordered from behroz biryani worth 721 biryani and starter when I received my it was roll from fassos they sent me completely wrong order when I tried to complain on app they completely ignored me when I complained on mail with attached photos they refused to compensate saying they can’t validate as if Swiggy staff is blind it was such a wastage of time and money and food I want compensation with apology letter
