Swiggy — Coupons offer declined while payment

Once the coupon is applied there small discount and total payable amount is subtracted with discount amount, but when we choose the payment mode, it reflects the original amount.Either im seeing this wrong or doing something wrong or you guys need to get this right.
Instead of giving false coupon offers you could play being genuine with the customers.
