Swiggy — Deactivated COD option

The same issue with me .. they have disabled COD option just because I canceled one order as I forgot to add an item and just 10 sec after I replaced the order with same restaurant. post that I have placed more than 30 online paid orders but COD is still deactivated. I have paid for Swiggy Binge plan (costliest) and they are not even activating COD option. I spoke to the executive.. she also said they have no idea when this can be resolved.. people can foresee when Covid might get over ..but Swiggy executives cannot tell by when COD option will be activated..useless team Swiggy has .. other than “I am sorry” they don’t know any other sentence.. best is to stop using Swiggy!!!
