I placed an order for my parents at 6.15pm on 7th Aug in swiggy app.. order was taken and it was confirmed that my order will be delivered within 7pm..now it is getting delayed and swiggy person is claiming that he is on the way to deliver another order and it will take another 20min to deliver my order which is 30min above the given commitment...my parents are moving out of station and they need to leave now..we are really pissed off ..this is not first time happening in swiggy..if they are delivering multiple orders, they could have informed us while booking the order stating this will take time..we could have made alternate plan..request you to take strict action on this..
