Orde no.[protected] was ordered at 3:28 pm. with a timelines of delivery in 60 mins. At 4:13pm i received a call confirming that the food will be delivered by 4:45pm. Again I receive a call at 4:59pm that the order will be further delayed by 45 mins. At 5:48pm I got a call asking me to cancel the order.
Is this what you call service?
The call got escalated to some senior named Roshan.
He was even worse.
He called me and instead of listening to me he shouted on me and when I interrupted, he further transferred the case to some one else. Was this information helpful? |
