The whole idea of instamart is fast delivery.
My order number[protected] today while placing an order had a delivery time of 15-20 minutes. However the order was delivered after 2 hours. On app the delivery time came down to 1 minute and stayed like that for a long time. In other words no one bothered to check the status of the order.
I tried contacting with customer care and the response was ‘not to worry as my order will reach me’. There are no proactive actions and zero accountability from the company.
Adding it is not about worrying about anything but about how a customer gets hassled because a service provider cannot stay on its promises. Was this information helpful? |
