Delivery boy is doing fraud. Neither he is calling me nor he is accepting my for proper direction. When i made a complaint, customer care executive told me that delivery boy had an accident but the executive didn't check his direction that fromwhere he took the order and where he got an accident. I have attached all the chats, call logs with delivery boy and screenshot of delivery boy direction where he got an accident in wrong direction above 5-7kms from the delivery address. Fromwhere you took alll these delivery boy and customer care executive who don't want to do their work propely. Such a pathetic service on this platform. Zomato is very far far good and highly professional than swiggy customer care executive ans delivery boy.
