It seems the delivery boys try to reach out to customers only based on location access given to them. Several times they are misguided by the map as GPS system in India is not accurate and many a times it fails to exactly take one to location. As a result they are deviated up to a km even ! Then they start calling the customer several times to reach. This is quite disturbing . On enquiry it is told that they do not have the address and have only the map location. Whereas the complete address and directions are provided by the customer at the of registering swiggy. Why can’t these informations are also known to them so that it will be easy for them to reach location without disturbing the customer.
