Swiggy — Delivery not made for product ordered and agent denied to file a complaint

Spoke to an agent from Swiggy when we ordered Some products from Subway on 31 March 2022. Swiggy committed to deliver the order within 45 minutes this order was placed around 1150 on 31 March should be delivered by 1 April 12 30–1 30. However when I contacted Swiggy around 3 in the night, They denied to escalate the complaint to a manager my call was disconnected by agent twice while I was being transferred. Finally spoke to a supervisor who said that they will not be able to help me and I will have to raise a formal complaint who later disconnected the call forcefully despite me complaining that I want to continue the call and share my feedback to raise a complaint. Finally spoke to another agent who agreed to raise a complaint and promised that I will get a call from a manager on the next day. It has been three days since then and I have not received any call back. Today when I called Swiggy to raise another complaint the agent on the call by the name Saurabh denied to raise a complaint and was adamant that he will be transferring the call and not get me a supervisor on the same call where in I have been disconnected by agents twice during the transfer process which was duly informed to Saurabh during the call. The order placed with Swiggy for Rs.826, After four days I have yet to receive any update the order still shows active after four days.
