Hello,
I placed an order on April 1, 2022 5.32 pm through swiggy and when I recieved it, the food item was completely rotten and had moulds grown on it. When I attached pictures and complained about it to swiggy, they were absolutely unable to resolve the issue and couldn't even get me a refund for the food item that was rotten.
I urge that a vital step should be take against such unethical trade practices continued by such food delivery companies and their refund policies should be mandatorily reviewed.
As of now I really hope that I can get the refund of amount (Rs. 169) which has been paid towards the inedible food.
