I have placed an order on 30th June 2022 at 11:18 am on Swiggy instamart for some grocery items. It was showing an estimated time of 40 to 45 mins for delivery, which was fine with me considering the weather condition. But the order started delaying to an unknown dimension of time. I kept on connecting with the Swiggy support but no action was taken. After like 2.5 hrs of waiting I gave a call to the delivery partner VINEET KAUL and his number is [protected]. The guy sounded drunk and started abusing me. I warned him that the call is on recording and I will share the audio with the company. But he didn't care. After complaining the same to Swiggy the resolution provided was cancelling the order with full refund and no other action taken for the harassments and abusing I had to face.
