Hi, This complaint is regarding an order that I have ordered via the Swiggy app. The delivery partner Mahendra Singh first did not contact and then straightway cancelled my order.
When I called him up, after getting a message on the app, he mentioned that he had called multiple times and also mentioned that the Swiggy customer care had also called me. Moreover he cancelled my order without my consent.
However, I did not get a single call. In case they had called me, then the missed call alert feature will also state that, but I did not get any message on my JIO registered number - [protected].
Moreover, when I started chatting on the swiggy chat app, Mr Ayan, did not take heed of my complaint and started talking about that I have to pay the complete charge. he kept on repeating the same message like a repeater parrot.
I want to complain both about the delivery partner and the customer service team.
