I have ordered food from Campari Kolkata vide order id [protected]. Mr Bimal Das [protected] has come for the delivery. The payment has been made thru SBI net banking for Rs 226/- to Swigy Ref #IGAGPRUPRO on 18/7/2019.
Mr Bimal Das is asking for the payment of INR 226/- inspite of my payment made. He has seen the SMS and on Laptop the Account Statement where in the said amount of Rs. 226/- has been debited. He is adamant to take money from me. Convince me with one evidence that why I should pay double for the item already paid. The food has become cold and bad now I demand full refund for the food gone cold and tasteless.

Updated by Somapaku The Delivery person named Mr. Bimal Das is not ready to leave my house without payment. Please do the needful for him to leave the place immediately. He was shown the SBI Account detail wherein the INR 226 has been debited from my a/c to INB Swigy a/c on 18/7/2019
