Customer Executives - Ranjan, Sourabh
Desirable Resolution - Either Food or compensation for harrassment, physical, mental
The delivery guy did not pick my calls. I made multiple calls and then raised tickets. The delivery guy denied delivering order on some grounds known only to customer executive.
They made me wait for over 2 hours and response from executives was also - 1. "We are sorry to inform your food has been picked by different delivery partner"
2. " do you want to cancel the order, sorry for inconvenience".
Now that the outlets were closed, they told me that restaurants are closed. current time is 00.22 hrs, booking time was 22.02 on 11th january 2023.
at this time also they are replying with automatic template replies.
Still as i write this complaint informing that i will definetely write to consumer forum, they are sending me template replies.
they tried to lure me with a coupon of Rs 100, after making me starve the whole night as all outlets are closed.
They even replied to me so slow that i might give in to their patience and end up loosing my money, mental health, frustration and ofcourse food and sleep.
This is absolute violation of my Fundamental rights under Art 21 but as i am helpless to and don't have enough resources, I seek your help, Hon'ble Forum.
