[Resolved]  Swiggy — Denying support for me not being able to place an order on the app

I purchased premium swiggy membership because they offer free deliveries on orders. But as soon as I bought the membership my regular restaurant was marked as unserviceable because I used to order a lot from there and the delivery Charges were high.
I went to customer care and waited for more than 1.5 hours because they put me on hold as they can’t help me and they will transfer the call to a senior executive. They denied help for a membership I paid for. I have all the screenshots for the chat.
