I had placed an order on 1st March on Swiggy through UPI in the amount of 2491 INR and it got failed but money was deducted from my account.
I immediately had a chat with Swiggy customer service agent, and they said it will happen in 2 hours, but it didn't happen.
Today is 8th March and I still did not receive the refund. in last 7 days I had chat with 6 Chat agents and 3 emails sent to [protected]@swiggy.in with my bank statement and all, but everyone just gave me runaround that it will happen in 2 hours, few said 24 hours and few same 4-7 days.
I even called bank and they said Swiggy need to initiate the refund.
The issue I raised is handled carelessly by all agents who worked on this issue just for the sake of working. Was this information helpful? |
