YET TO RECEIVE RESOLUTION/REPLACEMENT OF THE SAME FAULTY DIFFERENT ORDER
Just few moment ago ordered for Kwality Walls Cadbury Crackle Ice Cream but received ordinary Vanilla from the restaurant, post receiving of the product immediately reached the restaurant, they were not picking up the calls. Infront of delivery agent even he tried to reach but nothing helped. Then I have opened Swiggy chat option and after wasting my precious 25 minutes the primary team agent named Prithviraaj and Sashank were unable to resolve my concern and they were refused to provide the replacement and pick the different item from my home.
So I had guests in my home and already fallen in this worst restaurant trick. Request you to look into this, shared the images as well. Kindly check and provide replacement ASAP.
