I had placed an order at 10.40 pm at domino's pizza through swiggy. Order no.[protected]. The order was not delivered even after 2hr when domino's has a 30 minute delivery policy. When contacted, swiggy says they cannot talk to domino's as they don't handle their delivery.also Swiggy doesn’t have the contact details of the store I have the screenshots of the conversation with swiggy customer service.
The order was placed through swiggy app and it just isn't easy to comprehend how they can deny accountability for an order placed through their app. I hope these kind of companies who defraud customers are taught a lesson.
The worst thing is I just reached my place at 10.30 I haven’t eaten since afternoon and itz 12.54am still no response from Swiggy or domino’s.what a pathetic approach these companies have
