This complaint is Reg order[protected]. I have ordered for an ice cream and it tasted bitter. Immediately I have seen mfg date and it was 10.t months old and was nearing shelf life in the next 15 days. Immediately I have raised complaint in swiggy with screenshot. But even though swiggy accepts that it's pretty old product it argues that it is within shelf life. I tried educating them that shelf life is good only for products where storage condition isn't strict like biscuits, chips etc but not for products such as icecream where it has to be always stored in negative temperature. Even one day of power cut in shop is enough for product to lose its consistency. But swiggy keeps playing the shelf life card with me and happily allows its vendor to dispose old products to customers. It's actually a well planned scam as no one in right mind will buy it from shop lively and hence can be disposed to online customers. I want full refund on the amount else will put my plight in social medias too. More than 237 rs refund its also about professional ethics and principles Was this information helpful? |
