Swiggy — Extreme delayed delivery of order

Address: Amrapali Point, Flat 4A, 59F Bosepukur Road

A pizza ordered at 8.28 pm is still not delivered at 10.11 pm and still showing eta of 12 mins. What kind of service is this ? My guest for whom I have ordered this, has to leave without being served. Me being a regular swiggy customer, this is ridiculous. There is not even any proper complain or customer service in place except those automated robotic chats which are of no use.. Order nos[protected]
