We ordered dinner for family at 9-20 pm which means we decided not to cook. We had a call at 10-30 at the time of delivery to say the bikers bike has problems and another biker isnbeing assigned and order will reach late. Then a second biker takes the food and after sometime i get another call from the same team to say this driver cannot make it either and now since 2 drivers were assigned a3rd one cannot be assigned due to policy and they will force fully cancell the order. All tbis happened close to 11-30 pm and now all restaurants are closed. Our family now had to organise some alternatives which is soo bad on swiggy side. All i kept hearing that they cannot do anything to deliver and cannot assign another driver. This is insane i spoke to these ### for over 30 mins but nothing was acheived.
