Swiggy — Food cancelled by swiggy delivery partner and they cannot refund my money

Sir,
I ordered food by swiggy today and the delivery partner didn't find my address and simply he cancelled my order in this behalf swiggy punish by me 333 rupees charges and it cannot refunded to my account. How this can be accept. Please give him appropriate punishment.
