Dear team
Have received the ordered cake in a very pathetic manner wherein the cake is completely destroyed, picture of the same is attached for your ready reference.
Moreover while raising the issue on the chat and mail, they have just noted it down as a feedback, however just a feedback will not solve my problem.
Have spend 846 on this order and its a complete waste.
This is really not expected out of Swiggy.
Request you to kindly help me with the refund for this order.
Looking to hear a positive resolution on the same.
