Swiggy — Food Delivery Cancelled No refund

I ordered a pizza worth 321/- today. While i was waiting for the order, swiggy cancelled the order citing they tried to reach me multiple times. I received a message from swiggy that they are unable to reach at 2:40 Pm. I started to call at 2:41 Pm. Then they cancelled the ordered and also mentioned that no refund will be provided. I have not received any call from swiggy only the messages as mentioned above. Attaching screenshots. Order id:[protected]
