I ordered the food at 10:59 PM. Every thing was smooth till the delivery agent suddenly stopped the vehicle and reported a bike issue. And it showed they will assign the order to another delivery agent. The delivery agent had a call to me and I told I can wait even for an hour too but I need my food to be delivered. But suddenly after the call, the order got cancelled without my consent. How do we know the delivery agent just simply reported a bike issue for the food, I am unaware of it. Even I tried to call him back but he didn't responded. I tried to contact the customer service too but they also couldn't resolve my issue. Even they could have assigned my order to another delivery agent or even have a call to me so that I can pick the order.
Now it's 12:30 and there is no option for me to order another food as all restaurants are closed now. I want to starve till the morning. Is there no value for my time and money...?
