I have ordered Naan and paneer butter masala through swiggy partner Nila mess for about Rs.300. After opening the food, it smelled foul and was like rotten. When I spoke with the hotel employee he said me to come and return the food and get it replaced if it was not good from their side.. Either the swiggy person said that they would refund only Rs.99. Both the swiggy partner and the hotel management were irresponsible to the customer service. At last we the customer are in loss of money.. I need full amount refunded for my order or else send someone to pick up the food delivered and check itz worst quality.. Was this information helpful? |
