On 27th March 2022 around 1:00am we had ordered food from this restaurant called Desi Chinese through Swiggy.
Our amount was deducted from the account and in the app it showed as food delivered. On the contrary we had not received the order. Almost an hour later when the food did not arrive we tried calling the delivery man. His phone appeared to be switched offf. Immediately we went to the chat option and complained it through the app. The customer executive just apologised for the service and said he has boundaries and limitations hence can not provide a refund.
Its absolutely unacceptable as we starved the entire night because it was really late and no other restaurant was open at that time of the night. On top of that our money was deducted and customer care executive were unreachable over call.
Very pathetic service @swiggy can't believe how the customer care executive who chatted with us refused to provide refund and said we will take your feedback and try to improve. Also we mailed them and there wasnt any response or none of the customer executive got back to us.
We are yet to receive the refund.
