[Resolved] Swiggy — Food not delivered completely. No value for customers

Nightmare would probably never use it again, worst customer service ever and they definitely do not value their customers. Ordered 5 items worth rs 655 plus 80 rs of additional charges. Only 4 items where delivered. When spoke to customer service they say a coupon of rs 22 will be issued instead of the itme which itself was worth rs 100. Family had to adjust with less food, delivery charges of rs 80 got wasted how can they say they value their customers. Its simple ridiculous. Will never ever order again and request people to avoid it. When you charge people delivery partner fee its your responsibility to resolve their issues
