I've placed the above cited food order on[protected] for Rs.3, 310/- with Swiggy at around 12.35PM and received a wrong order from Zomato #[protected]. I immediately raised the issue on swiggy app chat and also with the hotel (Rahhams) to take back the wrong order delivered to me and asked them to deliver the food ordered by me. Since, I didn't receive any resolution I raised the issue on email requesting a refund. To this date the response received from swiggy was to either evasive and dodge the issue or send me a one-liner stating the issue is resolved. Despite the fact that we're swiggy is charging so much for their services, this is a grotesque display or apathy lacking accountability and fiduciary responsibility. Was this information helpful? |
