I ordered food from Swiggy last night. They were late and delivered around midnight. When I opened the package it was incomplete order. My order amount was 1040. They delivered something worth Rs 200. It was just breads.
They had left out my main dish and side dish entirely.
When i contacted the delivery boy. He said he cannot do anything and contact the customer care.
The customer care said the same. And asked me to mail to there email support. Where again they are not responding and not even acknowledging there mistake. Mine was a prepaid order. They are not refunding . They were not even bothered to deliver the left out order. They are not performing any action. The email supports asks you to contact chat support and vice versa.
