The whole order of Naan and Panner Butter Masala (order number[protected] placed yesterday when I received was cold and stale, even the whole packaging was bad and all the paneer butter masala was spilled inside the polythene given by the delivery agent.
(This was with my previous order, even the same happen with the cake which was previously ordered to that on 8th nov)
I've ordered a dark choclate for myself but have received a vanilla cake instead and which was even completely in bad condition, water was coming out of bread of the cake (order number[protected]
And your customer support team is not helping at all in both of the cases, only the restaurant is being blamed and while telling to customer support I'm receiving same email reply, "we haven't seen any fault in the attached pictures" and on replying back to mail, got another mail "we cannot compensate for this, and restaurant is solemnly blamed and we inform resturant to avoid future issues", I requested even for a call back and not even received a call till the day.
Either provide me a proper solution or I really taking the things into consumer court which wouldn't be any beneficial either for you nor me in view of CUSTOMER FRAUD ACT as it is completely health hazard, consistent stale and bad food, unfit for eating.

I sincerely ask you for an immediate solution for the problems occuring frequently or either I'll escalate the matter to the higher authorities for providing the help to your customers.
