Swiggy — Food wasn't delivered on time

I ordered from burger king at 5pm and I received my order at 6:04pm. It was 10 minutes late. Earlier i spoke to an agent he said after receiving your order you can call us back so that compensation can be done . Then i called your agent told me that we can’t compensate because it’s only 10 min late and it’s our fault that our agent provided you the wrong information. So in this there is not any of my fault. I want you to compensate otherwise you can bear further consequences.
