Description -
I have used Swiggy Genie to buy a Utensil in which clear instruction was given to Delivery Boy over call and he have fooled by providing the wrong information, I ordered for a small utensil and he have delivered a large one which is of no use.
The same moment i asked him to take it back and delivery boy denied it and ran from my place
I contacted customer care with the request to exchange within next 10 minutes and they asked me to wait for 24 hours and they will make sure this will be resolved . The incident happened on 19 of March and every time I contact they ask to wait for 24 hours and no one has send me the proof of complaint in email even after requesting. If the first agent has asked me to contact the shop for exchanging it, the issue might have resolved then and there
The Customer agent at Swiggy are liars who always give a run around and many of them were equal to abusive in their tone . Chat disconnection and transferring without consent is very common for this agents . To my surprise how can people work in customer service with this attitude and no one monitor them.
Swiggy has absolute worst customer service when compared to any other customer service
Resolution -
I need my complete amount to be refunded along with the compensation for being fooled for nearly a month Was this information helpful? |
