I have ordered Food from Swiggy at 10:09. My order supposed to be delivered by 10:50. But i have received my orfer I received a call from delivery executive that he doesn’t have bike so he can’t deliver my order and request me to reassign delivery executive. When I request swiggy customer care to do the same. They said they can’t not deliver my order and forcing me to cancel my order. Why they are taking orfers when they can’t able to deliver. According to Swiggy we have to sleep hungry… I made to call to customer care they put my call on hold more than 20 minutes. They doing harassment with the customers.
