Hello, It's been a few times when I ordered from Swiggy and received an incorrect Invoice generated against my order. for a last few times it's only been like Rs. 50-60 item mentioned in my invoice which I didn't receive and didn't order but this time they really broke the limit and there's a 250 Rupee extra charge on my invoice and I didn't ordered that item/ didn't received it or paid for it but it's there in my invoice and you can't just send customer an incorrect invoice. It pisses me off how they're doing this on every other order. Was this information helpful? |
