I had ordered 4 liquor bottles from swiggy and only 3 were sent. The delivery agent asked for the otp before handing over the products. When I enquired about the missing product at the end, he checked and confirmed it was not provided to him by the vendor shop itself.
I have already raised the complaint in the swiggy portal and even after discussion with the concerned delivery partner, no action has been taken yet.
This is a pathetic service from the Swiggy customer care team. One of them has even stated swiggy is not responsible for this. Another agent told me this has been escalated internally. However I haven’t received any email regarding the same.
I don’t understand how can swiggy support these fraud vendors and their acts! I need a compensation for this or the missing item to be delivered asap.
